I’m a design leader who likes complexity, clarity, and a little bit of magic.
I lead product design across complex fintech and B2B ecosystems, with a focus on design systems, product strategy, team operations, and AI-enabled workflows. My work sits at the intersection of human empathy and judgment, scalable systems, and practical execution.
I’m at my best when the problem is messy, the stakes are high, and the team needs someone who can make the path forward feel obvious.
Outside of work, I’m restoring a 1927 home in the heart of OKC, traveling and exploring whenever and wherever I can, throwing some clay on a wheel or oils on a canvas, and probably dancing shamelessly to my latest playlist.

My career has been shaped less by linear progression and more by intentional reinvention.
Growing up in small-town Oklahoma, I developed an early sense of independence and curiosity that carried into my twenties. During that time, I traveled extensively, lived across the United States, and worked remotely while completing my education. These experiences broadened my perspective and built a foundation of adaptability that continues to influence my leadership style today.
A defining inflection point came after relocating to Denver, when an unexpected company shutdown left me navigating a competitive market with little runway. Rather than pursuing a traditional path, I built my first web-based business. In doing so, I found a natural alignment with technology, product thinking, and leadership.
More importantly, I discovered where I create the most value.
I’m at my best when bringing clarity to ambiguity and aligning solutions that address root problems, not just visible symptoms. That realization led me into UX and product design, where I’ve since focused on building and leading high-performing teams, shaping product strategy, and delivering human-centered experiences at scale.
Today, I operate at the intersection of design, business, and technology, helping organizations move from reactive execution to intentional, outcome-driven product development.
